Rocket Pitch 2020

November 10 @ 5:30 pm 7:30 pm

Ready for takeoff?

We’re launching our first-ever pitch competition, and we’re calling all Charlotte startups looking for (coworking and collaboration) space. Ready to get out of the house and explore new horizons? Wait no longer, because we’re looking for cool companies propelling towards escape velocity and we’re ready to help you breakthrough and reach new unreached worlds.

Introducing Rocket Pitch 2020. It’s time to pitch – for space.

What: A pitch competition. We have bona-fide judges to give to praise and critique, valuable feedback for any growing company. And for the winners? A few months of coworking space at Tabbris. You’ll get access to all that comes with our space – perks, snacks, resources, and networking. We know you’re tired of working from home.

Where: We’re doing a blended event: meaning  we’ll have panelists and participants in person at Tabbris, as well as a very small audience (if there’s any capacity). The rest will be broadcast live via social channels and Zoom. Social distancing and masks are, obviously, required.

When: November 10th, 5:30 – 7:30 pm. Here’s a rundown of the schedule:

Intro – 10 minutes

Pitches – 60 minutes

“Networking” – 35 minutes

Winners announced – 10 minutes

Why: As opposed to a traditional pitch for money, we’re doing a pitch for space (get it? Rocket? Space?)

We’re looking for cool companies to pitch. Only requirements are that you are innovating within your field, you’re an established LLC or sole proprietorship, and you have a solid business plan.
